How To Make A Workout Using Only One Body Weight Exercise!

Have you discovered one unreal exercise that gets you ripped?

Push ups? Dips? Reverse crunches? Jumping squats?

Whatever it may be, that exercise provides the base for a sick workout! 

Here is how you do it!

Step 1: Bust out as many reps as you can of your selected exercise.

Step 2: Take the number of reps and times it by one of the given numbers:

X3: Do this if you are a beginner or at the end of a complete workout.

X5: Do this if you are slightly experienced in working out or as part of a workout.

X7: Do this as a complete workout (This is hard)

X10: Do this as a complete workout (This is EXTREMELY hard) 

Step 3: Use your final number as a guide to how many reps you should be doing! 

REMEMBER: You are allowed to rest at any time during this exercise routine, however do not rest for more than 30 seconds at one time. 

There it is!

Body Weight Ab Super Set

Hey Teenage Fitness Freaks,  

Today I'm going tell you a killer body weight ab workout which consists of 3 exercises...

This is a workout which can be performed by anybody as it can be tailored to your fitness level...

The workout itself can be done anywhere, anytime...

The first exercise is reverse crunches (remember to keep your back on the ground when doing these!)

Do these for 30 seconds...

Next do mountain climbers for 15 seconds...

Thirdly, do V-ups for 30 seconds...

Finally do mountain climbers for another 15 seconds...

Repeat the circuit till failure! 

There it is!
